"Very unprofessional to hang up on someone. We set an appointment, was told they would call that day 2-3 hour before the appointment. They called 15 mins before and tell me I was the one who was to confirm with them. So, they rerouted their guy and hung up on me before allowing me to answer if I even wanted a later appointment that day. That shows fate had a hand in it and I am better off in the long run."
