"Oil change and recall work. Work done in timely manner. However, I wasn’t too happy a yellow chalk mark was left on the engine cover I can’t get off with soap and water. Also, the oil cap was so tight I had to use a wrench to get it loose. I usually do my own oil changes and have never seen the cap at this turned angle before."
