"150 stairs drop 100' from the upper parking lot, and leave you 200' closer to the ocean. Lots of people of all ages use these for rehab, fitness, and elite training. The stairs are wide, wood, and solid, with great railings on both sides. Users are notably polite."
"I used to run these stairs and beach on the regular when I lived in Aptos. Great work out in a beautiful area. There are other places to explore shooting off of these trails, including some cool graffiti under the train track bridges."
