"We were circling the entire town countless times to no avail in finding a parking spot. But we ended up finding this hole in the wall (literally, we barely saw the parking garage sign), and it was $6/hrs parking. It was an easy lot to get our ticket from and leave. The only thing is this is a garage that does have a height limit. So, no huge cars or trucks will be able to fit. But super convenient and in the heart of town."
"Convenient location to the stores above but had a hard time getting out of the place. The machine at exit point reported a ticket jam and didn't open the gate. I had to navigate through the help buttons which ended up calling someone remote and they had to let me out after taking name and phone number. All this took 15 more minutes of our time and a number of cars were blocked behind us. Management should upgrade the machines so that this doesn't repeat. We see this type of issue in other reviews as well in Google maps. Secondly, someone stopped the car along the exit path so that they could exit the car and pay the fees. There is a sign which clearly tells them to not do so! Management needs to have personnel in the location to enforce their own signs and also to resolve machine issues."
"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not that you'd expect much from a parking garage, but I don't think the rudeness of the attendant was warranted. I will avoid all structures managed by this company in the future."
"Do not I repeat park here! Second I have had issues exiting the parking garage! First time the machine would read my paid ticket to open the bar so I can exit. Second time the machine to pay would not accept the ticket and no attend would answer the help button! Eventually, we got out because other drivers took drastic measures! Anyway, just never again will I park in this parking garage ever!"
"It's $1.50/15 minutes. Definitely overpriced considering street parking is around $2/hour in most places around downtown. The weekend rate is $10/all day, but other garages offer $5/all day weekend rates. I didn't notice any security patrolling the area, so the price doesn't seem worth it to me. There are better structures to park downtown."
