"They might have good prices but the worse experience I have ever had trying to purchasing a vehicle. I have been in the car industry for 30 years and have never come across a car dealership who never picks up the phone during business hours, never returns a call, email or text, which we tried to do for 10 days . If this was any other dealership the customer would not be treated in this manner. We were emailed a contract and buyer's order and were able to get our own financing, which tells you we were very interested in the vehicle. To this day, 11 days later, we still have not received a call from the owner John. Just imagine if we had purchased this vehicle and something had gone wrong. To protect the consumer we have file a better business bureau complaint. If I could I would give negative stars. Update to John's response: First of all we would have put down a deposit but you did not even know how to do the paperwork to get the deal started. Regarding US bank, your guy wrote to us and said he would not be able to get to our paperwork until June 29th and I have the email to prove this, so we went to the bank directly and got approved by them and another bank, again I have proof of these. Your guy found out we went with someone else and at that point said we didn't get approved. Regarding the price. I called you and talked to you the last time on Monday June 22, and asked for the signature page of the purchase order, which you have as a buyer's order, which had the price e of 171,000 plus tax and license if you had bothered to answer your phone, emails, or texts you would have known this, and again we have proof of all the communication we tried with you even our loan officer at the bank tried to reach you on June 23. Regarding your employee calling me on June 30 informing me that the title had a lien and you needed 2 to 3 days to clear it up and you would call me back which was obviously a lie since the vehicle was sold the next day. Any other car dealership would not have strung me along for 9 days. If you had a better deal and/or needed clearificaion on the deal we agreed on you should have been upfront with me instead of wasting my time."
