"My cousin came in to inquire about vehicles she was interested in. As this was my cousin’s first time experience in purchasing a vehicle, I was in contact with sales representatives over the phone. When a purchase was concluding, I advised my cousin to keep looking for better deals elsewhere and subsequently withdraw her application. My cousin asked if the initial application she was filling out with this said business can be discarded or shredded because of personal identifying information and no transaction was made; sales representatives kept insisting that they must keep it for their records and after 30 days, they do so. I asked to speak to the manager, Fernando Valdez. The manager and I spoke and to no avail, the conversation was circular and no solution could have been reached. However, I am leaving this review solely on the basis of the manager’s condescending behavior and poor communication over the phone. I seldom leave reviews, but I refuse to let others be subjected or undergo business with this establishment, especially with Fernando Valdez. The lack of tact and consummate professionalism is blatantly disrespectful and unsatisfactory. To be succinct, the manager claimed that they are a legitimate business for 23 years and them holding an application, although nothing signed, is not an indication of foul play or scam. This is not a possibility I was concerned with at all but when he said, “your cousin can’t even buy a snicker with her credit” was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. If you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle, please visit an establishment that maintains respectful and professional conduct whether present or not. I do not recommend this business for car-buying and if I could leave less than one star, I would."

"Husband and I should have trusted the comments. We bought a car from this place, the ppl there were nice. Though, not even a month the car broke down! We took it to a mechanic and they had mentioned it needed a lot of fixing. The quote of the car to be fixed was more than the down payment we put down for this car. I can’t believe they sell broken cars to ppl who actually are in need of a car. Trust the comments not the store!"
