"Good truck, easy to use. This place is great. The UHAUL app was a pain, it's easy to book on line but just forget the app."
"Business lobby was empty. Both employees seemed that they had a long night and did not want to be at work. Neither employee acknowledged or greeted me initially. The female employee begrudgingly said “do you have a reservation”. I replied “good morning”. The employee hesitated and seemed annoyed to say eventually good morning back. I placed my identification on the counter and the employee still asked for my name. Throughout the entire transaction the employee had a mad look on her face and was not pleasant or kind. After finally receiving my key the employee never said thank you or have a good day. The rental truck reeked of cigarettes."
"I had a terrible experience with U-Haul at Long Beach. The service agent was incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made the whole process frustrating. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given was in poor condition, and I was charged extra for gas despite returning it with the correct amount as instructed. This location clearly has major issues with both customer service and accuracy in their billing. I strongly recommend avoiding U-Haul at Long Beach to avoid similar problems."
