"I took my vehicle in for an oil change and diagnosis on the service engine light. I was not given an update the entire day. I called in at 5 pm for an update but the line went unanswered. The document I received at check in stated my vehicle would be ready for 6 pm pick. I arranged transportation to the dealership. Upon arrival there was only one employee who told me to wait a couple of minutes as he was helping another customer. I waited five mins before he took me inside only to tell me he could not help me as all the systems have be shut off. I was basically told tough luck. I declined further services to my vehicle at the time. I did decide to however return for the recommended services. I called ahead of time to ensure that the dealership had the parts to service my vehicle. After being transferred three times to three separate departments I was told the parts department did not have the necessary parts for my vehicle. Here lies my frustration. After wanting to come back to recommended services I was told the parts were not available. So, I pressed the issue asking why I would be charged $800 plus (price quoted by the service person) if the parts are unavailable. I did not receive a satisfactory answer. In reality I received no answer. I needed immediate action and resolution to my vehicle as I had a smog check coming due. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I received. I am out $338.95 for the oil change I paid and diagnosis fee. I ended taking my business elsewhere. I seriously doubt I will return to this dealership for servicing."
"Walked in today with a friend to look at a new 2024 GMC Canyon and was helped by Josh and Wally in Sales and Paul in Finance what a great team! Great test drive, loved the truck and the decision was easy. They gave me a great price, respected my time and got me on the road fast. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had.
