"Known for selling cars with high milage! Have the worst customer service after purchasing a car from them. Day after getting my car, both left side tires popped on the freeway and took them two weeks to fix, after they gave me the run around. Sold me the car with no engine cover and broken shift hear stick, which i am currently STILL waiting to get fixed two months after making the purchase. After They finally fixed my tires, My brakes all of a sudden started making a noise as if I need to change the brake pads. And nobody has helped me fix that issue. And again?I purchased this vehicle over two months ago. Do not recommend"

"First of all, I don’t suggest or recommend you guys to purchase a vehicle from any Ganas branch. The whole corporation is fraud as you can see not only one two or three negative reviews on regards to pretty much the similar things in a sense where we’re buying vehicles that Were thinking is gonna last us quite some time when in reality, the vehicle is already done due to its severity of damage done to the engine or transmission here I’m uploading a picture of a vehicle that I have purchased on September 14, and about three weeks later, this vehicle was having an active leak with the rear sealed on the transmission along with the sealed on the engine so I took it in and they kept it for two weeks. Got it back same issue so I had to take it back and long story short pretty much they’re just giving you the runaround and then the money that you’re losing by not going to work by you paying for your Uber, they’re not gonna reimburse you for all that so here goes this image of this nice car that I purchased that I thought that was going to last me quite some time but it didn’t so since they wanted to sit here and give me the runaround what I did I sue them so I returned the car back to the branch of Long Beach Anybody out here trying to purchase a vehicle and come across the vehicle that I had please do not buy it. It looks nice and everything but look can be deceiving"

"I recently was very well taken care of by the up most excellent members here Jose and Javier, I hope I spelled your names correctly but yes , very satisfied with my purchase of the 2018 Nissan altima. I came here with a messed up scion tc and these gentlemen really help me get not only approved for the Nissan with not so great credit but also buying off my car more than what I expected even what I was offered at other places that were offering way less. I appreciate basically the Hospitality they provided and going the up most extra miles taken in order for me to leave the lot with a car . I'm very grateful and feel blessed even for these two gentlemen making it possible for me to get back on the road with a really nice car that was very taken care of ,practically brand new eventhough it was used. I also appreciate how they kept working with me on the pricing making it even possible for me to purchase this. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I definitely recommend going through Jose and Javier they are really awesome .
