"I had a pre-qualification certificate from a lender when I called to ask the salesman if he can ONLY run it through that particular lender he started that they technically will run it through other banks/lenders “ if my lender doesn’t approve me”. That’s already an inconvenience as I know for certain my lender has approved me as a dealership already ran my credit through my lender and I was approved. Overall they are not helpful and wanted to run my credit through a dozen banks when I already had the pre approval letter / certificate. Salesman who answered the phone did not sound motivated to really help me."
