"If you want a car that looks good but is in terrible condition inside, I can recommend buying from here! I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from here in March 2024. Several issues have arisen since then. Firstly, I was forced to purchase an unnecessary seat insurance for $1500, which significantly deviated from the price I saw online. After buying the car, I realized that the remote key did not work. They did not inform me about this before the purchase, and when I contacted them, they only referred me to a repair shop they knew without offering any free repair services. I ended up spending an additional $150 to get a new key. The worst problem, however, was with the tires. Only the front left tire had been replaced, which is extremely unusual, and during an inspection, I was told that I needed to replace all four tires immediately. When replacing the tires, another issue emerged. As you can see in the photos, the bottom right bolt out of five was of a completely different standard. This bolt was so tightly secured that it had to be destroyed, which cost me an extra $150. Replacing all the tires cost me $840."
