"I dropped off my vehicle for service and required an oil change and replacement of engine coolant. After picking up the vehicle, I received two notifications. Oil change was still needed and engine coolant is low. Yesterday I went to the service area so they can reset the engine oil notification. The service tech assume that the oil change did occur but just the notification was not removed. I left voice messages with their service technicians and I am still waiting a response to resolve my issue. I wonder if they even change any of those fluids since those notifications continued to appear after getting my vehicle serviced."
