"Initially, I contacted this dealership through the Toyota website using the "Smart Path" feature. Olga Esquivel reached out to me and we spoke about pricing. We made the 2 and a half hour drive only to be told a different and much higher price. From there on out, I dealt with their sales consultant Jesse Cadena and the sales manager Ibrahim Subeh. The 4runner my wife and I wanted to get was still in transit and not at the dealership. We spoke with Jesse and Ibrahim about the price not matching what we were told over the phone and how we drove so far(Jesse was very sympathetic to the fact that we drove so far to deal with this)and we were told the initial price would be honored. This, I have to thank Jesse for. We went back home, waited a few weeks, all the while Jesse kept us up to date on the 4runner and where it was while it was being processed. Jesse was always straight forward with us, no BS and attentive. The 4runner finally arrived late afternoon on 4/13/24. It was Jesse's day off, but he called me and drove to the dealer as we also made our way so that we could 100 percent lock it in and start the paperwork. The process was fast, straightforward and painless. Jesse and Ibrahim were both very straight up with us and really did honor the agreed upon price. We then dealt with John Salman, the finance manager and he was also really straight up with us and we made the deal happen. We picked up our new baby the following day after it was prepped and inspected and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jesse for going the extra mile, and to Ibrahim and John for also helping us get my lady her dream 4runner TRD PRO! They always treated us with respect. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back soon as a repeat customer. I've never said that about any dealership and never thought I would. -Ozzy"

"I’m lifetime customer of Fj and I have over 10 cars from Mercedes Benz Fletcher and this time my mother in law wanted to get the new pirus and to be honest I never felt any different from the Mercedes or Audi or Porsche dealership. "We reached out to over 10 Toyota dealerships in Southern California for more than a month before finding Toyota Carson. We were drawn to them because of their transparency on their website and because they had the specific vehicle make and color we couldn’t find anywhere else. Two weeks ago, we met with Tyson to reserve the vehicle we wanted. Throughout the process, he communicated with us consistently and kept us updated on the vehicle's transit and delivery status. "I am writing this review to share my DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING experience with Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson. Despite their high ratings, my experience did not reflect that level of service at all. Today is May 23, 2024, but my ordeal began back on November 6, 2024, when I initially contacted the dealership. I spoke with Carlos over the phone because I was interested in the new Prius. As a student on a tight budget, I was clear that I couldn’t afford any hidden fees. Carlos assured me there were none and encouraged me to come in. Skeptical but hopeful, I paid for an Uber to make the hour-long drive during rush hour, only to arrive and find no car available for a test drive. Despite knowing I didn't have a car and had spent $60 on Uber, they asked me to make a $500 deposit on a car that would arrive in 3-8 weeks. Reluctantly, I agreed. When the car finally arrived in January, I had already found another vehicle. The real frustration began when I tried to get my deposit back. I called twice requesting a refund, only to be told I had to come in person for a check. I made the two-hour round trip twice, only to be turned away each time because it was "after business hours" – despite their employees still being present in the office. Today, I arrived at 4:30 pm and was told the same thing. After waiting for 43 minutes and finally raising my voice, I still haven’t received my refund. This experience has been infuriating and disheartening. The staff at Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson have been deceitful, taking advantage of my situation as a student. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and not trust their promises. The once-respected name of Fletcher Jones has truly plummeted in my eyes."
