"Charged me an extra $38.33 for post trip cleaning even though I took the car through a car wash immediately before returning it. The interior was just as clean as when I picked up the car. My biggest regret was leaving the receipt for the car wash in the car so it's been harder to fight the charges. They also charged me $29 for a missing iPod cable... there was no such cable in the car when I picked it up. Scam artists. Avoid at all cost."
"They charged me almost $200 extra fee. For those of you who rent Tesla, they charge for electricity if you do not return with full electricity. They say it is OK but they change their words after you return. Please read the contract carefully..."
"Please be careful, this company lies and charge extra fees. You should really really carefully read the contract when you pick up the car. You might think the price is fair but eventually they are going to charge big amount of cleaning fee and other extra fees. They are terrible!"

The luxury cars are in great condition and well taken care of. The daily rates are very fair compared to other luxury auto rental companies.
