"Amazing!!!!!! Mercedes South Bay was the last place that I went shopping for a car for my daughter to buy, and the dealership is absolutely beautiful and as soon as you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and attended to. I was attended to by Ingrid, who went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. Ingrid made everything so easy and trouble-free. She made sure to listen, truly, to find us a vehicle that would work in our budget, way beyond that, work for my daughter's style. We weren’t able to quite get the car we wanted the same day, but we’ll be back very soon hopefully. Seriously an incredible dealership. If you are shopping for a Mercedes, I’d say this is the best experience I’ve had at a dealership in roughly 10 years I can even argue. Ask for Ingrid, trust me. You’ll be in good hands. "This Mercedes dealership has a lot of options and I love that it’s very clean. Sam is the best Car sales person ever! I had purchased a lease before we met Sam and I wasn't sure if I was going to get another lease because we weren’t too happy with the last deal we got with the last sales person who helped us but Sam was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and was very patient on helping us with our decision. He genuinely cares about people and their needs and we are glad we got our new lease with him! I love my car, he made the process so easy and I have been recommending him to all my friends who need a car."
"Everything in my purchase was a smooth and fast process. I left the lot at 11pm and the car i purchased completely turned off with the Idle start feature. It never turned back on. I had to get a tow truck to tow it back to the dealership. i was literally two lights down from the dealership The Tow truck did not arrive until 12:20pm. it was very disappointing experience for me and i felt like i made the wrong decision with the purchase. not even 10 minutes from purchase and i already experienced a problem. i was told that they wanted me to have the best experience for 1st time buyer with Mercedes and that was not it. I did get the car back the next day however. i live 2 hrs away from the dealership and they were kind enough to meet me half way to pick it up w a New Battery. So far there is nothing else wrong w this vehicle (its been 2 week) on the position note, everyone was really polite. Sales manager did check in w me w updates for the vehicles service status."
"I just recently purchased myself a new/used vehicle from Mercedes South Bay. I truly can say that the staff is so friendly and helpful. Diana was my sales person and she made the process of getting into my dream car a breeze. She walked me through options throughly and I am greatly appreciative. I also would like to mention Jeimy who works in Finance, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few repairs that needed to be done a few days after I initially purchased up the vehicle and both Natalie and Pablo in the service department helped me tremendously. Natalie was my primary service provider and she made sure I got into a loaner vehicle quickly both times and she kept me update on the status of my car repairs. I also received a video from the repair technician showing what services had been completed. I found that to be so helpful. Overall I had a great experience and I look forward to purchasing another beautiful vehicle in the near future. Thanks again everyone!!!"
"The service from this dealership was satisfactory. I received a great offer and got a new Mercedes. The dealership give a benefit to me - they delivered my new car to my home. But the most interesting thing began a day after purchasing a new Mercedes... On the second day of owning the car, the headlights stopped work!!! This was a huge surprise for me!!! But an even bigger surprise and disappointment was the Mercedes repair service!!! I gave the car in for repairs on the second day after purchase!!! The next day they called me from the Mercedes service center and said that my car was repaired and I could pick it up. And then I got the next surprise: while driving in a repaired new Mercedes, I saw that the car was in exactly the same non-working condition - the headlights also didn’t light up!!!! I returned the new car I bought a couple of days ago for re-repair! And only this time the service center repaired my car... finally the headlights working! I also requested information from the employees of the dealership and service center - why my new car is missing one function presented in the advertising picture of the official website of the Mercedes dealership for the model of my car. None of the employees gave me an answer, all the employees said that they would find out everything and solve this problem…. but no one contacted with me after and no one gave me an answer or solution to my request!"
