"Horrible horrible horrible experience. They called 15 minutes before my reservation to tell me it would be an additional hour and a half till the truck was ready. Then they changed the location to Torrance, then on the way there called and changed it to Long Beach and then changed it once more to a DIFFERENT torrance location. Beyond disappointed. Will never be using Uhaul again and discouraging my friends from it as well."

"We had a horrible experience with the 15" foot truck we rented. The trailer door on our last run got messed up as we were about to close it after filling it up entirely. The steel wires on the truck to help the door coil up got tangled, I had to call for assistance which took over 2 hours. I had to call off of work because I had a loaded truck with no way of closing and locking it. The guy came and had no way of fixing it besides cutting the wires so the door so it would shut. Which ment I had to have someone holding this 300+ pound steel door open while we unloaded this fully loaded truck. When we returned the truck the employee did take a day off of our rental agreement, but with this sort of problem a full refund is what should of been offered."
