"DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HAWTHORNE AUTO! This place is a scam and once you purchase the car, I mean almost the very next day, the customer service stops. Save your money and time and go to a traditional dealer. This place preys on the black and brown communities and credit challenge. They do not have their customers best interest. Even the support staff is rude and unprofessional. I see some positive reviews but I’m having a hard time trusting the credibility of these reviews. Perhaps there are a few who had a decent experience but I suspect most of the positive reviews were posted by employees or friends of employees. This place has no duty of care when it comes to the customers. RUN, SPEED past this place!"

"I came here on to 18th birthday to get a car , they make it sound good at first , I had no Credit at all I put down 3000 for my car once I took it off the lot and got home that following day the car was smoking .. I pushed it off and proceeded with my day few weeks latter the car is not good on gas and the screen kept going black .. (they give you a 1 month warranty) once I got there they said they Couldn’t do anything about it because it has over 1000 miles after I bought the car , 4 months later I’m having a lot of car issues I had to change the brakes two times already The blinker stopped working. I had to change the light. And the check engine light is on please DO NOT COME HERE"
