"Everyone was very friendly. I went in to get a 90,000 mile check-up. I was told by the Service guy, he was very friendly and nice he told me couple hours to check out the car. It ended up being 3. Not too big of a deal. I was told the price, which shocked me but, ok. I was told it would take a couple hours to get done so they got me a lyft (very nice). IT ENDED UP TAKING 6 hours! And, no communication. Not ok. Then I was told that it would be $200 more than I was told the 1st time. Then, as I was driving home I noticed the windshield was cracked! Definitely not OK! Yes, there was a small chip where it was cracked, but it has been there for over a year and it was fine in the morning. Waiting to see what they do about it... so for now it is a 3 rating...could go up, could go to zero."
