"I went in because I was approved for a car I wanted and Richard (sales person) called me saying everything looks good come on in and let’s start the process. So I go in and he makes me do a new application. When everything was completed he brought me an electric car which I did NOT want and he said that’s all I was approved for. I said I drive a lot every day he said this car is perfect. He convinced me saying the car is perfect for the commute, there’s chargers everywhere. Come to find out The car only charges 127 miles per charge and my commute daily is 100 miles. I take the car back and I said this car is no good for me. They didn’t work with me or offer a trade NOTHING. Paul is the general manager and he said there’s nothing they can do. Looked at me with evil eyes and Richard didn’t look at me or anything. Very poor service. I will NEVER do business with them…."

I had the title and history and I was able to open it up, inspect it, and drive it without any problems.
