"Provided unwashed, dusty car lacking maintenance. Had to return vehicle to 5th floor in parking garage, elevator is currently “Out of Service” family of 5 had to haul suitcases downstairs. Not family friendly! Then to top it off no shuttle was available to take us back to the airport, I had to pay an additional fee to book an uber to get my family to the airport. Save yourselves the hassle and do not ever book here. Establishment is a joke!"
"Getting to the second shuttle took a while but once we got there it was all quick. They took care of us quickly. They have the process down which makes it go quickly. The car was new and fully loaded. It was an overall good experience."
"This place is a joke. As others have mentioned, the “free shuttle” is worthless with no real information about it. We got off where the email told us to, but no instructions on what to do then. If you want direct shuttle service, they want to charge you $75 for a direct shuttle to your terminal, but an XXL Uber cost $25. I paid a different shuttle guy $20 to drop us off for arrival. Several of the employees were just rude and I presented all required paperwork and everything needed the first time and quickly, but front desk people were still rude. The person who brought me my car parked it in another company’s spot and so I had an employee from there griping at me for parking there while I was trying to take the required photos. The car was damaged, but the photos they showed me beforehand did not show that so I had to take extra time to document everything. It was also a bit dirty inside especially in the back seats. The spare tire and tire pump were loose and kept trying to fall out of the compartment so I had to eventually fix that, all to find out the tire pump was missing the cord and the spare tire was completely flat. So that would’ve been no help anyway. On the return I was almost ran into 3 different times from people zooming around corners coming down the parking garage. When we reached the crazy sketchy top of the garage the lady there eventually told us that we needed to go back down and drop off our luggage then bring it back because the elevator was broken, and we were on the fifth floor (with a fittingly cardboard sign that told us it was the fifth floor). Trying to carry all of our luggage down that staircase would have been a nightmare too especially since it smelled like hot garbage in there too. Of course after you drop off there are no employees or signs to help navigate what to do next for a return shuttle or anything, so we just called an Uber. I would gladly pay more money for a better overall experience."
"My plane arrived late. There was no shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The shuttle from the airport dropped a group of people off at a location where the shuttle was supposed to be to take us to the rental.we call the rental by could not get any one to answer the phone . We had to walk to the car rental at 11:30pm . The car rental closed at 12 midnight. We arrived at 12:09am . It was closed; but there was 2 guys in there working who helped me get a car. (I thank them). When i took the car back. The drop off was on the 5 level. The elevator was not working. We were told we had to use the stairs. I asked one of the ladies if she would drive us down (because walking down 5 flights of stairs with a luggage weight of 40 pounds. In other words I had a BAD EXPERIENCE."
"Rental process was so easy. The staff were nice and quick! Return and pick up process was very straight forward and honest. We signed up for the special- surprise car. We ended up with a brand new Nissan centra and loved that and the price. Absolutely worth it. The shuttle wait from the airport to priceless took quite a while, wasn’t that serious. Only reason for four and not five stars was the shuttle to the airport was quite an experience. The driver was very reckless."
