"Went to MB Toyota to check out the RAV4 Prime though I didn't expect them to have any in stock since that car is so hot. They had two and I looked at one and took it for a test drive. The salesperson then showed me a used one that was just what I was looking for, and less expensive. I hadn't asked about used cars so was really happy that he showed it to me because it better fit my needs, even though the commission for him was likely lower. Re negotiating price, I didn't try hard but there also didn't seem to be a lot of room for price reductions. The price wasn't cheap but it seemed pretty reasonable. So I bought it that day. The car was, and is, in very good shape. It did take a long time at the dealership so that wasn't great but my experience with my salesperson was very good. My only complaint is that when I met with the finance guy, he of course tried to sell me insurance and other products. When explaining the coverage of an extended warranty, he told me about the amount of time it covered and I said I would buy it, but only later did he tell me the mileage limits. I still ended up buying the car and the warranty but felt a bit mislead, even he apologized and said he thought he had covered that matter. Overall though, I still am giving 5 stars as I got a car I love, at a decent price and they made the process pretty painless."
