"My flight got delayed and when I called they told me they would be closed and that I would have to pick my car up the next day. That was the only solution they offered me. We were staying an hour away and wouldn’t be coming back in the morning. They wouldn’t refund us our rental either because it wasn’t 48 hours before the reservation. Not my fault our flight got delayed and they couldn’t offer me any other help. Very disappointed and would not recommend renting with them."
