"First of all they asked me for an ID to purchase lottery tickets smh I’ve never been asked to produce an ID to purchase tickets and I’m well over 30. I show her a soft copy of my drivers license on my phone to which she does not accept and say they need to physically scan the ID smh ridiculous! They than refuse to take my cash $100 to pay for my purchase which was below $10 and said it was store policy I had to purchase at least $20-$30 to pay with larger bills, so I paid with Apple Pay. They should have a written notice up to inform customers if they choose to pay with larger bills they must purchase over a certain amount! It’s frustrating as a customer to go in there and be given attitude and told you don’t have to use our services smh. They’re all rude with terrible customer service."
