"The first three times I use this place. It was decent for the self car wash and then the last time I went when I hit the soap button no soap came out of the dispenser so basically I was paying for a car wash with no soap so they obviously aren’t staying on top of filling their products so that they don’t run outthen yesterday I decided to try the self car wash for $15 and as you could see from the photos, my car is just covered in dirt still it didn’t do anything so I had to come home and hand wash it. What a waste of money."
"Worst touchless car wash I have ever used. Doesn’t get it clean and when you bring your own cloth to dry all you’re doing is moving the dirt it didn’t clean. Used twice and same result."
"I just tried out this car wash and had a terrible experience. My car was dirty so I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but my car was no cleaner once I left than when I got there! Literally went home and had to spend 30 minutes wiping it down again because it was so filthy, and I purchased the “best” car was for almost $13. The photo of my dirty towel is before even wiping down the tires, this was just the dirt left on the doors/front/back. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!"
"The auto car wash is terrible. U will leave with blue, red , purple spots (left over wax ?) And dirt (in curve panels). Not worth the $13.00... I know bugs on the hood and front bumper but I have to re-wash all the color spots the machine left."
"My husband has been gone on fires for 3 months and I usually need help taking the cargo box (Thule) down from the car, mind you its a GMC big car, I would do it myself but its hard to wash it with a 1 year old and a 4 year old. I attempted to take the Thule off myself but it was not safe. I went to 3 different car washes and was turned around, I got a call from EASY BREEZY they told me about the location in Cotati how my vehicle would fit in the car wash with the Thule on, I was so beyond happy I went the next day, my kids loved it and my car looks way better then it did with all the ash from the fires.
