"Very disrespectful sales men. We found a truck there and when we called they said they didn't have a price yet, but they would call us when they did. They called and we said we would get with our bank to finalize the loan and call tomorrow with the money. They called us after 5 and told us they are selling it tomorrow to someone else that had a trade in if we don't get a loan with them that night. I told them they couldn't beat our pre-approval rate and we can put a down over the phone that night. They said that the trade in or the loan with them would be the only way they would sell the truck because that way they could make more money. One man said his loan rate was higher than our bank and when I told him again I am only dealing with my bank. He told me maybe things aren't sinking in, but we will try to get your rate. He never said that he could get us our bank rate and I called him on his rudeness and I told him he shouldn't try to put buyers against each other. He said it's better to do that and have 2 people wanting it than no one at all. My son got upset about the way he was talking to me and asked do you want our check tomorrow for your asking price or not and the guy hung up on us."
