"Basic launch ramp. Now has lighting on the dock. Free parking except overnight. Overnight requires an online camping permit. Upper dirt lot is for overflow parking. Bathroom buildings are closed but portable bathroom available."
"Some days are Diamonds don't arrive at low tide get used to entitled minded folks who feel their Tesla or Prius belongs in the boat trailer Only Parking. The bay itself is a natural wonder if boating and new going out the mouth is dangerous always stick near the rocks in or out!"
"Beautiful and Nice quiet place. Only thing that I didn’t like was the locals not being keen to minorities. Be very cautious, the folks around this place aren’t as kind as they are. I was simply just kayaking, taking pictures and enjoying the views. When I got back onto shore, a Game Warden showed up and searched my kayak which had nothing but paddles and a cooler for drinks. He mentioned that there was a Caltip complaint of someone that met my description being loud and possible poaching of crabs?? I wasn’t even here for crabbing or had any crabbing equipment. I was simply here to relax and kayak. I was let off but the game warden searched every minority family/folks. While letting all the white family/folks go with no searching. Nice place but be wary. The Hills Have Eyes"
"$5 parking. Park up on the hill after you drop off your boat. No additional fee for boat launch. Launch is not staffed by anyone. Bathrooms have running water."
"Really beautiful natural bay, lush habitat for so many different types of critters! Loads of tasty hiking trails!"
