"The car, agents, site of renting were all great, including the ease of renting online. My only complaint is crossing a bridge involving electronic toll was not told to me. I crossed the Golden Gate Bridge 5 times. I rarely rent a car and was under the impression my toll fees would be added when I returned the car. WRONG! It turns out I had to pay Fastrak within 48 hours of the toll. By the time I returned the car, the 48 hour window came and went. As a result, I had to pay an additional $5.15 penalty for each of my five bridge crossings. As it turns out, there is a leaflet on the Enterprise counter, but that wasn't pointed out to me when I picked up the car. I guess Enterprise can say too bad so sad it's your fault for not seeing the leaflet sitting on the counter. But I feel a better way to run a business would be for the agent to point this out when I picked up the car. It's a $25.75 fee for me to pay for not seeing the leaflet on the counter. Oh well."
