"I do not recommend going here. The woman that we were renting the uhaul form stopped every time a customer came in and just kind of ignored us until they finished. I was fine the first time because it was fast, but after the third time I was very unhappy. After we came back with the van, we realized that we still got charged for the insurance even though we didn't want it. And it took so long to get the refund. What should have been a quick exchange took far longer than ever before."
