"It's KFC. You already know what the experience is like. This location offers you the same as the rest. The location changed management in the first half of the year, bit not much is different for customers. Staff is cordial but makes mistakes often. It's a 50/50 chance if I get honey & butter for my biscuits and silverware. I usually have to ask for ranch with the potato wedges also. Don't assume anything, always ask. ***TIP: Go between 10:30 to 11:00am for fresh lunch. The food ranges DRASTICALLY depending on the time of day. They open at 10:30am and the chicken is ready, fresh and delicious. By the time you arrive at noon for lunch, that chicken has been chilling for two hours. You'll notice the difference. If the chicken doesn't glisten with moisture and is a bit chewy/dry, then you're too late. #21 box is my favorite. It's the best value on the menu and leaves me full and satisfied for $5. Hard to beat anywhere."

"My order is never correct here. Either they forget the biscuits or the cookie. The famous bowls are drenched in gravy, making the chicken soggy. If ur going to kfc, don’t come to this one. Look at how my pot pie looked."
