"I came here 5 times within the past 2 weeks and everyone was great and very great with customer service, very friendly.... Until tonight I encountered Armando C. Who likes to argue with the customer and makes sure the customer is uncomfortable, as long as he gets the last word in. Will continually tell you "I have been here for 4 years" and "you don't need to get angry" anyone who works in customer service knows you do not say that to customers. I will no longer come to this location...and yes Armando is to blame..Maybe figure customer service out and how to speak to people. Your 4 years working somewhere is not impressive if someone with less time has better customer service than you do. You have a lot to learn."

"I like this location more so than some of the other franchise locations I've been to around Southern California because of the food quality somehow is different and better. There's more mushrooms and peppers in the sandwiches are always piping hot! Can't say it's the cleanest location and most of the time they have third tier wrestling on the TV which isn't always kid friendly but food not at no is the bottom line! Service also is good here at this location."

"This is really the best place to get an amazing steak sandwich. They're always so generous with ingredients and especially the cheese. We love to order the Pepper Steak and add extra cheese and onions. Also don't forget to try their Cheesesteak Fries, so delicious and cheesy. Overall friendly staff and great place around to get a steak sandwich."
