"Today, I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at a fast food restaurant — Burger King, of all places! I ordered a whopper combo, but it wasn't what I had requested. The cashier, a tall Hispanic young man, provided the most exceptional customer service I've ever encountered. He patiently took back my order, replaced it with a brand new whopper combo, and throughout the process, he was incredibly understanding and patient. His service made a real impression on me, turning what could have been a frustrating moment into a genuinely positive experience."

"Went here this pass weekend and experienced some of the worst customer service ever. The cashier in the front, tall Hispanic dude wasVERY rude, he was upset because I asked them to remake my tea when I apologized for inconvenience he ignored me and rolled his eyes, continued to stare down me and my partner from across the restaurant, when my friend went to ask for saw the guy raised his voice and said "what?" Charged h 25 cents a sauce, the environment was VERY hostile and I did not feel safe. Please do something about this because I should never be scary to sit in a restaurant and eat and my food because I'm being stared down for a mistake THEY made"

"As a regular customer, they are awesome. The morning staff and the night staff. Really cheap and close to my home. Been eating at this specific Burger King since I was little kid. Shoutout to the staff that always remembers to put the ketchup in my bag before I even ask them. They are amazing workers and provide excellent service every time :)"

"As a rule, I hate to take fast food home! If there's a problem with the order you're in trouble and mostly it'll cool off. This time we had no choice and took the gigantic family meal home. It was fresh and delicious! And everything was there. We did have a mailer coupon, but we got 6 burgers and 3 fries for $20!!! What a deal. Last week we went to the arches place and had 2 tiny fish sandwiches and 2 small fries for $20!!!!???? Are you kidding??? For me it's Burger Kind forever!!"

"I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and it was the smallest thing ever. I have them before and they were never this small. For $2.99 each I felt like I got ripped off. The first pics are of the wrap I recieved and the last is what BK advertises."
