Reviews
"I am a past employee who was taken advantage of by management due to their negligence. Management failed to update their registration leading to me being pulled over and receiving a ticket. I was limited in the cars I was allowed to drive, and of the three cars I was allowed to drive, one smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Management was aware of the issue, but failed to inform drivers that they had not updated their registration. When I received the ticket for expired registration, I informed them immediately after receiving the ticket and provided them with the ticket that they made a copy of at the end of my day. Management required me to go to court to prove that they had updated registration and insurance. I mailed them the $20 fee the court required them to pay, as I had stopped working for the company prior to the court date. The company refused to pay the fee resulting in me having to pay almost $400 for their failure to pay. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to pay and told me that if I wanted my money back, I would have to take them to court. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to provide a necessary service to older adults and having kind conversations with many of the people I delivered to."
