"Walked in today 3/21 to order my birthday cake and Jim, who I thought was the owner or manager, helped me out. I’ve never met a more pleasant human working at nothing Bundt!!! I’ve been supporting nothing ever since original owner started it all. Cakes are fresh and a lot to choose from… but as for Jim, he could be the reason why people keep coming back. Thank you Jim for your kindness and exceptional customer service. I look forward to posting a picture when we pick up the cake !! Update: still coming here and I’ve always have had the best service. Today 10/1 Nora was solo and it was busy and she was doing a phenomenal job!!! There shouldn’t be any negative reviews because this place is pure happiness!!! My mom would always say “you’re not going to make everyone happy”… impossible. Update 8/17/24 Christina, thank you for the extraordinary service both you and Grace have given to me when I’ve come in for cakes or Bundtlets … I understand you took over as of July of last year. You’ve got outstanding extra products for special occasions . Please always remember you’re not going to always please everyone. Someone will always complain (that shouldn’t) and someone will always be rude (they’re fighting something inside themselves. You’re doing great and I’m so glad you’re in our beautiful beach town."

"Did an online order for a pick up. Been sitting outside the San Clemente store for 30 minutes and the manager is still not here to open the store. An employee has been here with no key. This has thrown a huge wrench in my day for my daughter’s birthday. I always love the consistency of the products but I will never order from this store again. While waiting at least 6 others have come and gone giving up. San Clemente you are losing money by not having a back up plan in place."

"I have ordered/purchased numerous cakes from this location. The most recent one was for a party and when we had it, we realized we were given the wrong flavor. I shared this with them the following day and they made it right by giving me store credit for a future cake. I call that great customer service! Use and enjoy with confidence."

"Not sure what that R&S person’s post was talking about. I went there while visiting San Clemente on my birthday and Jim was more than accommodating. He was extremely kind and friendly during our experience, the location is fantastic (clean, well lit, safe), and the staff are professional and super friendly. If nothing else, I hope this review serves to cancel out the one highly-targeted and asininely egocentric negative review, as do all of the other positive reviews. Jim, you run a great store and you’ve got a great team."
