"In a day and age where service and courtesy have taken a nosedive, I was blown away by the great service I got here this week! I went on Thursday to redeem a number of free kid scoop coupons and gift cards for a class ice cream party my son’s school. I had called on Wednesday to ask some basic questions and Matthew was so very kind to answer my silly questions and also left a note for the staff working the next day to give them a heads up that I would be coming in for more than 30 kid scoops. Then on Thursday I received a call from Kaylie who very generously got my order and packaged the scoops for me so they'd be ready when I came in. It saved me so much time. And then Kyrie was so patient and helpful with processing my coupons and gift cards, and he held the doors open for me when going in and out with my cooler. Very thankful for the service I received! And, of course, you can’t beat the ice cream!"

"We love the ice cream and the convenience of the location but the inside of this store perpetually reeks of spoiled milk. I don't know what their cleaning habit are but it didn't always smell as bad as it does now. As soon as you open the door you're bombarded by a waft of stench that is stomach-churning. I'm suprised patrons sit inside to eat without vomiting. Store owner, please find the source of the funk so we can sit inside and eat ice cream!"

"Came by after Dave & Busters to grab some ice cream. My daughter couldn't decide which flavor she wanted and Khyre offered to split the scoops for her. Great service. Offered us samples which I haven't seen in a while. Try the flavor of the month butterscotch blonde."
