"Dinging this place because they closed early so I wasn’t able to pickup my online order - bad NBC LB! Also, while I’m on a rant, I’ve come several times to pickup an online order and it wasn’t ready hours after the pickup time and I end up having to wait 5-10 minutes, think it’s time for better training or new employees."

"I pre-ordered my cakes online. The cakes were super soft and the icing is amazing. We were helped right away. The employee was very friendly and quick. We were super excited to have a location close to us. The store is in a shopping center with a large lot that has plenty of parking."

"We are happy to have a location closer us and the staff was friendly and prompt. The cakes are moist and the frosting is smooth and tasty. I'm sure we will be back."

"Came in to the location on Friday with my sister and daughter. My daughter walked in before us and asked the staff, which line to stand in as it was two lines. We walked in during this time and my daughter walked towards where we were entering the bakery. She had a Jean jacket tied around her waist, which accidentally hit a mug that was on display, the mug was by the edge of the display table and it fell and broke. Another individual, who I initially thought was an employee ran over to pick up the glass, while I assisted and assured my daughter it was okay. It happened to be another customer and not employee, I should note. None of the employees budged, we waited in line for approx. 5 more minutes and once we reached the counter my sister asked the staff for something to clean it up since no one else was coming to pick up the little pieces of glass, which could have injured someone. The employee did not even respond to her request, she just said “they” said you have to pay for the mug, which left me taken aback because she didn’t intentionally break it nor was she playing in the location, but since her jacket was the cause of it, I paid for the mug. In addition the entire time my daughter was embarrassed, because that had never happened before, and she hid behind my sister, and eventually started crying (as soon as she walked out of the location) because of the response of the employees (they literally just stared at her and each other). After seeing my daughter cry, my sister asked the employee to speak with the operator (owner) to address their lackadaisical response. The operator could barely speak, could not articulate herself during the conversation or comprehend the message my sister conveyed. The entire time the other employees stood in the back laughing at the situation. Eventually, the manager told my sister she’d be right back and never came back to the front counter. The operator and her employees have terrible customer service. I would NEVER step foot in this location again. Lastly, It is a bakery, why would you have glass mugs stacked up on the edge of a display table, a bit careless."

"We finally have one in Long Beach!!! And its finally OPEN!!! Love this place and I hope I don't spend my entire paycheck here, now that we have one in LB! Thank you for being here in our community! The service is a little slow right now, mainly because of so many orders. If you call, don't expect for someone to pick up right away. Also, parking in front of the store can be tight. Park in the open parking lot right next to the store."
