"I've shopped here consistently for the last two years spending about 100-200 dollars a week. I recently decided to buy my first cart and not only was it broken upon opening it but they refused to give me a new one despite my loyalty. Even tho I called them within hours of purchasing to let them know it was broken and they even told me they have a 7 day return policy. I was told that I couldn't get a refund bc they don't package broken goods even tho they clearly did. It might not have been broken as soon as they packed it but some one clearly dropped the box somewhere along the way. I only noticed it was broken bc there was a slight crack under the clear caution tape and upon removing the tape the glass was clearly shattered and being held together by said tape. I will no longer be shopping here personally. This was my first time strayin g from buying my usual flower and it was far more than disappointing."
