"It's not the same bolillo as other Katy's bakery location. The bread is smaller drier as I went In there early in the morning around 11am I was told it was fresh and the bread was hard and very dry this was not fresh. My neighborhood quick grocery store la Bodega has katys bolillo and it was way bigger in size as the taste was way better than from the bakery then the bakery on long beach Blvd. The katys bolillo on Atlantic in Lynnwood is more consistent with the katys bolillo that I know. The one katys bakery on long beach blvd is definitely missing on the recipe. If you want Good katys bakery bolillo go to la Bodega on long Beach Blvd or katys bakery on Atlantic blvd."

"I bought a selection of pan dulce and they were all delicious. The woman who helped me was so warm and nice and generous, even though she was extremely busy, she took two minutes to have a nice chat with me. Definitely give this place a try."

"Unfortunately, I can’t give this company a good review. I had been here three times to ask for a wedding cake for 50 people. On the third time that I went the lady that was there said that they couldn’t deliver it 20 miles away. And said she called us back, but never heard from her, she ruined my cake for my reception by not calling us back and letting us know if they were gonna make it or not. On the two times that I’ve got there I told the lady that I had cancer and I really needed this cake by a certain date. Unfortunately, this place is not a place that you can rely on for a wedding cakes."

"Ordered 2 tres leches cakes this weekend to be ready by 2pm. Get there at 2:30 and cakes were not ready. Not only that but they were not what I had initially ordered. Went to cut them and they were so dry. Not a single drop of moist. I’ve bought my cakes here for my kids for over 10 years and never had an issue. But I was very disappointed this time and not worth what I paid for."
