"Lots of homeless people stay in this plaza. More times than not, it's filthy. The parking lot is full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. And the side walks are full of food and spilled drinks too. Especially by Rainbow doughnuts. The city needs to do a better job of keeping it clean."
"Very beautiful. Massive lawn area. Sparse trees, lovely for dog walking. Paved path from City Hall to a beautifully designed bus stop. A great area for functions. I attended a carnival set up on the lawn that comes every year. There is a Farmer's Market in the parking lot every Tuesday. Fresh vegetables and prepared food booths beside other booths displaying and selling everything from candles to clothing to Crystal ware to handmade pet clothing."
