"This company is NOT in the United States although their website gives a U.S. address. The insoles will ship to you from a U.S. address. And they have a 30-day return policy, but it requires that you return the product to their address in China, not the U.S. I find this very disturbing, and sort of negates their return policy since it most likely is going to be more involved and expensive to return items to China. Just be aware...."

"Do not buy from this company. They are unhelpful, scummy, unresponsive, and thieves. They will take your money and refuse to give you a refund even after the product you ordered has arrived back with them at their warehouse. "Lisa" a "sales manager" was extremely unprofessional, rude, and did not provide me with any customer service that I would call satisfactory or even remotely helpful. It has been almost two months since I originally placed my order and I still have yet to see a refund for the product that never showed up at my door. Do not spend your money here. This is a scam business. If I could give this business less than one star, I would."
