"Small selection of duty items, stood at cashier line waiting to be helped while an employee was playing around on his phone, then didn’t know how to ring me up or look up the right item I needed to order. Called the store repeatedly today trying to get the status of an order: no answer and mailbox is full. The orange location is just as bad. I’ll be doing mail order from other vendors from now on as their prices are higher at galls as well. Update: clerk ordered the wrong one, good thing I checked it before leaving. Now they have to reorder and can’t ship directly to me, have to have it sent to store then shipped to me further delay receipt. Other option is I have to make another trip down here because of their mess up. Despite having told the supervisor of the issue and her having a copy of the order, she went to check stock on the shelf (which I already had done) and presented a handcuff case instead of the needed MK4 Pepper spray case. Major hassle and inconvenience. Can’t even guarantee an expedite from a warehouse less than ten miles away, and couldn’t speak to any discount since I now have to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the re ordered item"

"Many thanks to Virginia at the Long Beach store for providing excellent customer service. They were busy (not unusual) so it was a bit of a wait to get fitted. She was still very attentive and had me fitted and uniform prepped within an hour."

"Terrible communication and customer service. That say one thing on the phone/email, then when you get there, they say somethelse. They don't reply to emails or return messages in a timely manner. They have dishonest, inattentive, apathetic, and downright combative employees. They don't seem to know what they're doing or talking about. I called and emailed multiple times over a period of weeks about a uniform they insisted was in stock, then when I got there they said they didn't have it. They insisted that I could not order by email, because they had to fit me. When I arrived They said they only need my size and they don't fit you. They eventually fitted me for a similar uniform which was supposed to be placed on hold. When I emailed them to continue with the order, I didn't hear back from them for weeks. The day I emailed to cancel it, they replied saying it was in the process of being sewn and that they couldn't cancel it, then magically it was ready that same day. Awful and expensive waste of time. Go somewhere else if you're not buying something off the rack."

"Great customer service, cashier was helpful and answered all of my questions regarding pepper spray. They had different types and size. Store was clean and organized."
