Before the event, he is available to answer any questions, works with you to set a drink menu, provides a list of what is needed and confirms prior to the event! The day of the event he comes early to set up, provides top notch service and his drinks are delicious! They really do a great job in amplifying any event."
"I would like to give a shout out to Peter, Carlos and company for the amazing service at my sisters quince. My favorite alcoholic beverage was the maniaco, it was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, the flavor profiles combining the sweet and savory was spot on and the service to the customers was the greatest quality, they came clean sharp and kept it professional throughout the night and couldn’t be more thankful for the great service.
