Immediately after speaking with him I knew there was no one else I wanted to hire for the job. Communicating with Joseph was effortless and a pleasure even while being halfway across the country. The catering was by far the best I have ever seen at a race hospitality suite. It looked stunning, it made sense for the space, it was creative, and beyond delicious. Joseph took so much responsibility off of our plates and took initiative to solve problems before we could even think about them.
