"I spent over 30 minutes waiting to buy a phone case, when I first walked in there was 3 employees and 3 customers being helped. No worries there very understandable, but one of the customers was finished up and left and then I was told "we will be with you as soon as we can" then that employee went to chat with one of his coworkers rather than coming to help me out. Finally when they did come to help me they just told me they didn't have any for my phone"

"Everything is great when they are selling it to you. The customer service seat is outside though.. Jamir (Manager) was less than helpful with an ongoing issue and was more focused on coaching me on how to fix it myself. The coverage has been better with T Mobil but I will be taking my business to Brookings moving forward."
