"My dad used to work at this place for many years, met some nice people and some bad people. He was recently let go. His boss fired him due to being sick , the lack of empathy my dad received is so sad. He was working long hours for them, and coming home late. This job helped support our family, even with little pay he still wanted to work for us. So easy for them to terminate people that help out so much. "Update: 4/8/2021 after reaching out to one of their distributors, a management member reached out to resolve this issue, He had the missing cables shipped Red and we received them. I have updated to 3 stars for his prompt response and professionalism in resolving this issue. I hope they will follow through with updating their policies on how to deal with this type of situation in the future. Good Product, Terrible Shipping/customer service. I ordered 25 cables, I received 21 cables, I reached out the same day the package was received. "Claims" department all but accused me of being a liar and refused to ship or credit the missing 4 pieces. Mind you the box arrived in perfect condition and sealed so this came out of their shipping department with 21 cables. Would avoid this company."
