"Went there on a weekday, there were few parking spots and wait time was just 5 minutes. Service was good and food was really great. This is a good spot for in-between lunch and dinner dining with family or friends. I highly suggest the grilled oyster though we did order the raw ones as well. The view was also a very nice bonus which gives the place a good ambiance."

"Hog Island Oyster Co. is very famous in Northern California. We all wanted to have oysters here. I don’t care if it is Raw oysters or BBQ oysters. No matter how you eat them. They’re fresh! They’re delicious! They’re swamped on the weekends. It is better to make a reservation in advance."
"Amazing fresh oysters, straight from the bay to your plate. Raw or BBQ, Hog Island has amazing oysters both to go, or to enjoy at the cafe. The cafe has rustic picnic tables with a priceless view of the water. Service is friendly and fast but guests tend to linger with a bottle of champagne or two, so go early or off peak hours. If you walk up on a Saturday with nice weather, expect to wait up to an hour for a high table. But ultimately, it’s worth it!"
