"Being in the car business at another dealership I understand the importance of good customer service. Though the customer service wasn't horrible, it can extremely improved. For my 7:45am appointment, to have my oil reduced because the techs that did my oil change put to much oil in the motor (which caused an alert to pop up on the cluster), I approached my Service Adviser (Mandy), and was completely ignored. She was to busy speaking with a co-worker to simply say good morning. Instead, I got to hear about their activities they were planning for the weekend. When they were done, that's when I was greeted. Other than the techs giving me to much oil that could damage seals and gaskets, and the service advisor caring more about their conversation with their co-worker than greeting me, overall a 3 out of 5 isn't horrible. But a lot of room for improvement."

"Buyer beware, Service department was terrible, I went in with my vehicle with an issue on the door latch sensor not connecting properly which was causing the car to engage the emergency break, I was told it was not covered under warranty as the car had been in an accident, which I understood and could agree with, however there was a check engine light on as well which they said they needed to run a diagnostic scan on to determine what was wrong. The quote came back a $1200 to fix the sensor in the door and the check sensor light was a defective part that was covered by warranty. I asked for break down on cost and was told $380 for part $780 labor. I called the dealer that I bought it from who fixed the issue for free by adjusting the door striker. The car was picked up by the other dealer and I paid the bill over the phone. When I received the bill for $234.81 I noticed a few things, #1 there were 2 charges for scans on the car, one that was charged to warranty and one that i was charged for. I ask the dealer that fixed my door who said only one scan would be required to get the info and if there was something that was covered by warranty the scan should have been also. There was an additional charge for $28.49 for shop supplies and disposal- the only work that was done was warranty work so those cost should have been covered by warranty as well. They charged me an extra 3% because I used a credit card, and they charged my card twice. I would have tried to clear this up with them but when i called to speak to the manager I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back which he never did and when I called back later that day I was told he doesn't answer calls. Service? Out of respect no names are mentioned nor is the other dealership, however, the personnel have changed in this location and it wasn't an improvement."

"Justin, Grant, Ron, & everybody else at this dealership were nothing short of professional, honest, & genuine. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience while purchasing a vehicle. Justin was responsive & informative from the minute we started the process. Genuinely cared about getting us in our vehicles and did everything he could for us. Listened to our preferences and accommodated us throughout. Grant assured us that his priority was making sure that my wife & I were happy in our vehicles. Usually when the GM gets involved, it’s followed by negative news. With him, it was only positive every time. He told us to make sure we love the vehicle and he would figure out the rest. He came through on his promise and more. Ron was personable and professional all at once. He made the singing process enjoyable with a side of great conversation. Truly a great team. If I could give this 10 stars I would. If you are thinking about going to any other VW dealership but this one, don’t! Thank me later."
