"This company has so many kinks to work out. The stress this company caused me just days before my wedding is inexcusable. The bridal store I went through for suits for my groomsmen and father for my wedding uses PM and the process was an absolute NIGHTMARE. The guys all got fitted at the bridal shop and measurements and styles were all sent off to PM. Suits were not delivered to us until 4 days before our wedding at which point we realized not one of the guy’s suits fit properly (6 full suits in total). We called the bridal shop to compare sizing and realized the sizing they sent to PM was correct, however PM are the ones who sent us the wrong sizes. They did this on the replacements as well which were delivered the DAY BEFORE my wedding. My now husband ended up having to go to Men’s Warehouse to get replacement items for the pieces that STILL did not fit him. Which means we had to pay even more money for replacement pieces on top of the $250 per suit set we paid to PM/bridal shop. For example: My husband needed an XL white shirt. They initially sent a L. We asked for a replacement to be overnighted in the CORRECT size (XL). We got a 3X in the mail the day before the wedding. He had to spend $75 on a new shirt alone. Not even considering the stress this added to both of us when it should have been smooth sailing considering measurements were done months before the wedding. The timing for suits arriving just days before a wedding alone with the fact that they can’t seem to even read a piece of paper correctly to send us the correct sizes for the second time, I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this company or any bridal shop that outsources their suits from PM. This company is an absolute joke and offered no discount, refund, or anything for the troubles they caused us."
"My husband is in a friend's wedding on 8/19/17. We ordered the tux through Blushing Bride Boutique in Frisco. Tux is nice, but my husband's shoes were a size too big. I called the boutique and the salesman called Paul Morrell and they wanted to charge ME 100.00 dollars to overnight me the correct size. Not quite sure why the boutique or Paul Morrell would ask the customer to pay. Totally not what I call customer service. So now my husband has to wear a super thick sock because no one want to make this right. Oh the boutique is giving us 25.00 dollars back for the shoe rental. I guess will use that for bandaids & ointment from the blisters my husband will get from wearing these shoes. IF YOUR LOOKING TO RENT FROM PAUL MORRELL PLEASE DON'T. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED."
"I was the first customer and the last to leave. Was looking for tux for my son. Needed it for 2 occasions this week and the following week. The one I wanted to purchase they didn't have, but was not informed kept me waiting until I was informed that she was looking for one in the back that I could purchase. What happened with communication with the customer. Example: ma'am we don't have the new one to purchase but I will see what I can find. Response: ok thank you. Was asked did she get everything I need. Stated that his pants didn't fit properly. Ok she will get them.......waited......waited.....other customers come. She assist them while the others stand and going on about there business. Then finally I get to tell her his pants do not fit properly. Tells me to come back tomorrow that they are closing. No ma'am I have been here all evening was the first customer in the store a little bit after 4 and now because it is 5:30 you want to leave. No what happened to customers come first. Purchased my tux, didn't rent. If I would have had time. Being honest would have left it there.....customer service training highly recommended. Been in customer service my self over 20 years...Even if it is time for you to leave, you don't show an attitude with your customer. Should have assisted me if you saw that the other lady was busy that had originally assisted me. What's wrong with team work. Do better!!! Never received the shoes I inquired about. Glad he has beautiful black shoes to wear."
"I had such a great time exploring the ex-rental sales room, it was like being a kid in a candy shop. I picked up an entire outfit, shoes up to jacket for under $50.00! The lady that served me was super friendly too :)"
"Getting tuxedo's here is difficult and i would not recommend for anyone to get tuxedo's here. Thought I would be able to get the 7th tuxedo for free but only if you are the groom. I(the groom) had a custom made tuxedo and told them that I will not be getting a tuxedo through them. They insisted they knew in advance. That is bad business because it shouldn't matter who gets a free tuxedo. It was not in the contract so therefore it shouldn't be no obligation who gets a free tuxedo."
