"Doesn't accept appointments for CT scans so you can end up going upwards of 15 hours without food or water due to this if your doctor ordered you to get a CT with contrast. The lady on the phone was very nice snd informative."

"Love all the technicians who have done the ultrasounds for all of my wife's pregnancies since 2015. That said, the billing department for Hunt Regional Healthcare is one of the most inefficient and difficult groups of people to work with. Long wait times (30 minute - 1 hour) to speak with agents on the phone. Bills were entered incorrectly into the system and not consistent with EOBs distributed by the insurance company."

"I had a full MRI which can be excruciating and time consuming. However, everyone was pleasant to deal with on the front side and on the back end... the technician was very easy going and not at all hard to deal with. He seemed to be one of those "huggable" kind of guys! Which all in all made the experience a rather enjoyable one instead of very much dreaded. Definitely would recommend to others for future scans/X-rays!"

"This place is convenient and the staff is always friendly enough. The wait can be long but the Google hours feature that shows busy times is helpful in that regard since they do not make appointments. My problem is that I've used them 3 or 4 times for various imaging needs and never once have my images been sent to the doctor. I've had to chase them down every single time and sometimes more than once. This isn't just annoying but also could delay treatment of time sensitive diagnoses."
