"Nice people but bad customer service after you purchase products from them. I bought a stackable dryer and after about a month the washer started leaking and it took them days to a week to finally answer the phone to come out, and now 3 months later the dryer part stops working. Again, it takes them a week answer and two weeks to NOT come out. They tell me Monday, then Monday I call, they forgot about me and make me wait until today, they never called me or showed up so I call them and finally after calling almost 10 times they answer and tell me what they THINK it is and won't come out to look at it. Smh I won't be doing business here or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed."
