"Jed and his family bailed us out in a big way! I was recently on a family road trip and was travelling from Panama City, FL to St. Petersburg, FL. I knew the water pump on my truck was iffy so I had made an appointment in St. Petersburg to have it replaced but we did not make it! The pump seal blew out about half a mile past Jed's shop. We had just driven highway 98 through 100+ miles of swamp and by God's grace, we broke down close enough to limp into his shop. By a stroke of like, Advance Auto next door had all the parts we needed and Jed and his shop team were able to take us right in. Only 3 1/2 hrs later and we were on our way again! The only reason it even took that long was because the last person to install my fan clutch cross threaded the nut and it was seized on pretty good, but Jed and his guys got it off. Well done and thanks again!"
